SEIRI
Workshop 6S Management-Organization (SEIRI) - Distinguish all items on the work site into supplies and supplies, and clean up everything except useful ones. Objective: To free up space, use space, prevent misuse, and maintain a refreshing working environment.
SEITON
Workshop 6S Management - （SEITON） - Place the necessary items left behind according to the prescribed position and place them neatly to mark them. Purpose: The workplace is clear at a glance, eliminating the time to find items, a neat working environment, and eliminating the excessive backlog of items.
SEISO
Workshop 6S Management - Cleaning (SEISO) - Clean up the visible and invisible places in the workplace, keep the workplace clean and bright, and create a good working environment. Objective: To stabilize the quality and reduce industrial damage.
SEIKETSU
Workshop 6S Management - Cleaning (SEIKETSU) - Organize, rectify and clean up to the end, and institutionalize, and often keep the environment in a clean and beautiful state. Objective: To create a clear site and maintain the above 3S implementation results.
SHITSUKE

SAFETY
