SUMMARY REPORT
On July 14, 2025, the highly anticipated finals of the 14th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong · Yunfu Division) concluded successfully at the multifunctional conference hall on the 10th floor of Changzhou Hotel in Yuncheng District, Yunfu City. Hunter Valley Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd. stood out in the fierce competition with its project "Research and Application of a Green and Intelligent Full-Process Production Line for Investment Casting," securing the second-place honor.

The finals were hosted by the Yunfu Science and Technology Bureau, organized by the Yunfu SME Development Promotion Association, Guangdong Tuosi Software Science Park Co., Ltd., Yunfu Media Center, and Xinxing County Xinzhou Stainless Steel Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by multiple units including the Yuncheng District Industry and Information Technology Bureau and the Yun'an District Industry and Information Technology Bureau, with support from Bank of China Yunfu Branch.
The finals began at 9:20 AM on July 14 and concluded at 5:30 PM, lasting a full day. After rigorous online evaluations, 20 outstanding enterprises advanced to the finals. The competition adopted a 100-point scoring system, with a panel of five judges from the "China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition Expert Pool" (including venture capital and technical experts). The highest and lowest scores were excluded, and the average of the remaining three scores was taken as the final score. Awards included 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes, and 10 excellence awards. Hunter Valley successfully secured a second prize.

As a participating enterprise from Xinxing County, Hunter Valley was scheduled as the fifth presenter. Following the competition rules, the company representative delivered an 8-minute PPT presentation, detailing the "Research and Application of a Green and Intelligent Full-Process Production Line for Investment Casting" project, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the judges.

The project focuses on the investment casting field, aiming to establish a fully green and intelligent production line. The company utilizes industry-leading production equipment, independently develops intelligent machinery, introduces industrial robots for key processes, and applies 5G industrial internet technology to build MES and ERP digital production management systems, achieving integrated, automated, digitalized, and intelligent production throughout the entire casting process. This project not only fills a domestic industry gap but also positions its casting process technology at the forefront of the industry, demonstrating the company’s strong technical innovation capabilities and earning high recognition from the judges.
Hunter Valley’s achievement was no coincidence but the result of its long-term commitment to an innovation-driven development strategy. The company occupies 82 acres with a 50,000-square-meter building area and has independently designed and developed over 1,000 new products in fields such as high-end equipment components, architectural hardware fittings, and kitchenware accessories. It holds over 200 design patents, 39 utility model patents, 4 invention patents, and nearly 12 software copyrights.
